Live Music: Victoria with Christine Wright & David B. Linski

Feb. 6, 6:30pm
Mulberry Station Brewery
175 E. 20th St.

If you’re in the mood for some good ol’ folk and Americana music, then this harmonious trio will be right up your alley. Get your fill of original compositions and timeless classics of this American-roots musical style. No cover, but tips are encouraged.

ALO

Feb. 6, 7:00pm (doors open at 6:00pm)
Sierra Nevada Big Room
1075 E. 20th St.

ALO, also known as Animal Liberation Orchestra, is described as a lot of things: a rock band, a family, an artistic outlet. “It’s an orchestrated liberation of our animal soul,” according to their website. Each bandmate provides vocals while also playing instruments. Zach Gill is responsible for keyboards. Dan “Lebo” Lebowitz is on guitar. Steve Adams strums a mean bass. Ezra Lipp keeps the beat going on drums. Check the Chico News & Review Calendar for more information.

Rainbow Girls

Feb. 7, 8:00pm
Lost On Main
319 Main St.

These Nor Cal girls are on a release tour for their album “Haunting.” Like the title implies, this show will be filled with dancing shadows, whispers that echo through the night and a performance that comes to life on stage. When the lights dim and the fog rolls in, the Rainbow Girls will perform their new album along with their other indie-folk and Americana hits. Check the Chico News & Review Calendar for more information.

Mike Sherm

Feb. 7, 7:30pm (doors open at 7:00pm)
The Senator Theatre
517 Main St.

This rapper from Antioch, California, has scored a top spot in the latest generation of West Coast hip-hop artists. His social-media savviness and clever rhymes translate into his musical madness. Sherm released multiple singles in the late 2010s that caught fire and caught the eyes and ears of hip-hop heads. Tickets are $38.48 – $59.08.
