Giddy up and get ready for honky-tonks, rodeos and country-western swing with singer/songwriter Olivia Harms. Daughter of Western Music Hall of Fame singer/songwriter Joni Harms, this cowgirl found inspiration for her acoustic music in her countryside roots. Check The CN&R Calendar for more info.

First Annual Fall Ball

Bring your dancing shoes and prepare for a night of jazz, drums and dancing with your favorite party bands. Wolfthump, a local Chico band, jams for the love of the groove. They’ll be joined by The BeetKeepers and special guest Joe Craven. Drinks available. Tickets are $15 at Pullins Cyclery, The Music Connection and Eventbrite; $20 at the door.

Channel 66

The British are coming! Led by Chico singer-songwriter and Secret Trail music coordinator Andan Casamajor, Channel 66 is a cover band playing folk-rock and British invasion hits from the 1960s. Drums, guitars, bass and vocals are gonna take over the night. $5 cash cover for the band.

Boot Juice with Cartoon Moon

Chill out with the intoxicating fusion of cosmic rock, funk and sultry jazz from Boot Juice. The seven-piece band from Davis has been energizing audiences since 2017. They’ll be joined by the band Cartoon Moon, a “local supergroup to behold” according to the folks from Lost on Main. They’ll have their own takes on silky smooth soul, jazz and funk. Tickets are $15 for presale; $20 on the day of the show.
